The thing that is missing from your life is YOU. Your Authentic Self. The part that knows who you are and what you want.

This workshop will set you up for a journey that will:

  • Re-connect you to your High-Self (Authentic Self)

  • Bring greater Meaning to your Relationships with your Self and others

  • Reboot your Enthusiasm

  • Help you find Adventure in your life

  • Guide you toward your True Path forward

You will learn:

  • Three Meditation/Breathing techniques that can quickly calm you and bring you to a mindful state

  • That you have Five Bodies -- not one -- and the importance of taking care of all of them

  • Why Aspirations are more powerful than Goals

  • A visualization you can use to connect your Wise and Authentic Self

During the workshop, you will write Aspirations in four areas of your life, Spiritual, Social, Creative and Self-Care, consider some Tangible Actions that can move you toward those Aspirations, and learn how the Big is in the Little. Our tiny, little choices made everyday are the TLC we give to our Soul.
